The eight-day open-air workshop is 3 days of modeling, including wheel-turning for those willing, and 5 days of firing, starting with bisque firing in open-air kilns. A feast for those who love ceramics :)
It is aimed at everyone regardless of experience and has the character of a ceramics course. It is a lot of practice, but also lectures on the techniques that will be at the open-air workshop. The eight-day open-air workshop is 3 days of modeling, including wheel-turning for those willing, and 5 days of firing, starting with bisque firing in open-air kilns.

During the open-air workshop, participants will get to know many firing techniques, including in a gas kiln, pittfire, barrel.
On our part, we can afford it thanks to the stable of our @Piece Boruty kilns, over a decade of experience, and very good organization (see the schedule in the tables - available at the open-air workshop). Yes, there will be speed, but there will also be flow and time to relax.
Raku is a firing technique that harks back to the traditions of feudal Japan and is closely linked to the tea ceremony... Americans contributed a lot here, but it was play and experimentation that brought and continue to bring new techniques.
